From those humble beginnings, RK’s relentless pursuit of perfection led him to the prestigious One&Only Reethi Rah in the Maldives, where he honed his skills as a resident sushi chef alongside Michelin-starred culinary maestros. His culinary prowess flourished in Sydney, where he became the head chef of the sushi and sashimi station at Flying Fish under celebrity chef Peter Kuruvita.
