Founded in 2016 by Chef RK Tamang, RK SAN showcases his lifelong passion for Japanese cuisine. Starting his journey at 15, RK trained at renowned locations like One&Only Reethi Rah in the Maldives and Sydney’s Flying Fish with chef Peter Kuruvita, before helping shape the menu at Sokyo. These experiences culminated in his opening RK SAN in Sydney’s Surry Hills, enriching the city’s vibrant food scene.
